Employer Services Ltd (esl) provides online and managed payroll services, as well as international payroll linked to a secure online portal for easy access to reports and historical data.
All 45 employees of the business will be joining Baker Tilly. Baker Tilly did not disclose the financial details of the deal.
The managing director, Stuart Hall, will take on a consulting role within the firm.

Employer Services Ltd has introduced a number of additions to its offering in recent years including their ePayslips service, designed to enhance their client’s green credentials.
The acquisition will enhance Baker Tilly’s outsourced payroll service and the firm’s employer solutions offering.
