CBW hires insolvency practitioner to focus on SMEs

Carter Backer Winter (CBW) has strengthened its SME offering with the appointment of a new insolvency practitioner

The mid-tier firm has today announced the appointment of Melissa Jackson as director to the corporate recovery and insolvency department.

According to the firm, Jackson’s particular area of expertise is in SMEs. In her role at CBW, she will focus on business turnarounds for SMEs, restructuring of insolvent SMEs, providing turnaround finance and assisting individuals in financial distress.

Jackson joins CBW from the MacDonald Partnership.
