Reynolds merges with THP

East London firm Reynolds & Company has merged with THP Total Accounting

Highams Park-based Reynolds merged with the Wanstead-based top 100 accountancy firm earlier this month.

Partner Nigel Reynolds, a member of ICAEW’s Tax Faculty, has joined the THP office with colleagues Ryan Smith and James Underwood.

On the merger, Reynolds said, “I have spent 20 years growing Reynolds & Company from one client to the position now where we have attracted this merger. THP has in-house expertise that we can now call on to ensure we deliver a top class service to clients.”

THP, founded in1974, has a team of 50 professionals based at five main branches across London and the eastern region.

Tax director Tim Housden, said, “Reynolds and Company has maintained an excellent reputation in the accountancy world for over 20 years, and we are looking forward to continuing to help its personal and commercial clients grow their businesses and wealth base, and minimise the impact of the red tape burden.”
