Kreston Reeves’ profits up 16%

Top 25 firm Kreston Reeves saw fee income rise by 11% to £37.38m over the year to 31 May 2018 while profits were up by 16% to £10.1m

The firm, which has more than 50 partners and 550 staff across nine offices based in London, Kent and Sussex, said that growth was strong in all its service lines.

The boost in turnover was helped by the merger in June with Surrey-based corporate finance business SamCorp and the appointment of two highly experienced individuals – corporate finance expert Jack Clipsham and VAT director Colin Laidlaw

Commenting on the results, Kreston Reeves managing partner Nigel Fright said, “We are greatly encouraged by our continued growth and the opportunities ahead, particularly from international businesses seeking to invest and do business in the UK.”

He added that the firm was continuing to invest heavily in people and technology, “creating a firm that will continue to meet the needs of its clients in future years”.
